Refunds and cancellation

Free study tools remain free. Web Pro is a one-time purchase for the access period shown at checkout. It does not renew automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel. Access begins when payment succeeds.

Web purchase refunds

Dodo Payments processes web purchases as merchant of record. For a duplicate charge, missing access or a product problem, email [email protected] with your order reference and a description of the problem. We will verify the purchase and help restore access or arrange an appropriate refund through Dodo Payments.

Taking a free diagnostic before buying helps you decide whether the study approach is right for you. A practice score or exam result is not a refund guarantee. Any mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Approved refunds return through the original payment method; bank processing time varies. A completed full refund removes access from that purchase. If you have another valid pass, its access remains available. A partial refund does not extend the original access period.

Purchases billed by an app store

If Apple billed your purchase, use Apple's refund request instructions. If Google Play billed your purchase, follow Google Play's refund instructions. Eligibility and processing are governed by the relevant store and applicable law.

If your store receipt shows a recurring subscription, manage cancellation through that store. Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription. A one-time purchase has no recurring subscription to cancel.

For missing access, try Restore Purchases in the app with the store account used for the original purchase. App store purchases do not currently unlock web Pro.

Contact us about a charge or access problem

Email [email protected] with the product, purchase date, store or payment provider, and order reference. Do not send passwords, card numbers or security codes. We will help identify the purchase and the appropriate refund or access process. This page does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
