Android purchase and complimentary access

Full Access is a one-time Google Play purchase. Restore purchase in Settings uses the same Google Play account that originally purchased it. A complimentary license is separate and will not appear in Google Play purchase history.

If support has issued an evaluation or complimentary access code, open Settings → Complimentary access, enter the code and tap Activate complimentary access. The app clearly labels this status and opens the same question bank without making a purchase. The feature is visible to everyone and is not triggered automatically for reviewers. Remove complimentary access in Settings to return to your store-purchase status. After reinstalling, enter the code again; Restore purchase restores only actual Google Play ownership.

Android data access or deletion

Open Settings → Privacy support identifiers and copy both identifiers into an email to [email protected]. Include the app name and whether you want access or deletion. Send the request before uninstalling. Reset all progress clears only local study records, not RevenueCat or PostHog records. We use your identifiers to locate the records, verify the request and process it with our providers. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers or complimentary access codes.
